A small collection of private villas in the Philippines — how it began, how it grew, and how we host. You book the whole property, no shared walls, no shared spaces, and a caretaker meets you when you arrive.

    How we host

    There is no instant checkout and no automated confirmation. A person checks every payment, which is slower by design and is why a booking here is a booking. Half the total holds your dates; the balance is settled at least three days before you arrive, and a refundable security deposit is paid in cash at the door and comes back after the checkout inspection.

HOW IT WORKS

Four steps, and a person at the end of them

No instant checkout and no automated confirmation. Someone checks every payment, which is slower by design and is why a booking here is a booking.

  1. STEP 1

    Pick your villa and dates

    Browse, check the calendar and see the full price before anything is asked of you. No account needed.

  2. STEP 2

    Create your account

    Where your reservation, payment records and digital waiver live. It is the one thing we ask for before you book.

  3. STEP 3

    Send a 50% reservation fee

    Pay by GCash, Maya or bank transfer and send us the receipt. The first deposit to arrive is the one that gets the dates.

  4. STEP 4

    We verify, and you're confirmed

    Our team checks the payment by hand. The balance follows at least three days before check-in; the security deposit is cash at the door.
