Casa Martha rises four floors above Kaybagal, five minutes from Sky Ranch, and the top one is the reason to book it: a rooftop swimming pool with a 360° view, a Zion sauna, a lanai and a roof deck. Below that, the third floor is the barkada room and an entertainment area with billiards, videoke and board games; the second holds the master bedroom, a family room and a couple room; the ground floor is the living and dining area and the main kitchen. There is a toilet and bath on every floor, air-conditioning in the rooms and common areas, smart TVs with Netflix and YouTube, and fast Wi-Fi throughout.
